SC Global, Far East Consortium and New World Development sets benchmark for Cuscaden Road site
There were a total of 9 bids for the Cuscaden Road GLS site on April 26, 2019.
The winning bid of $410 million came from a joint venture between the three firms of SC Global Developments Pte Ltd, New World Development Company Limited and Far East Consortium International Limited.
As the GLS site has an area of 61,597 square feet, the $410 million bid would translate to a land rate of $2,377 psf ppr.
