The site area of 19 Nassim is 62,268 square feet and is largely regular. With reference to the 2019 URA Master Plan, the site has a plot ratio of 1.6, which allows the developer to build up a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 99,628.8 square feet, just a shade below 100,000 sqaure feet.

The project comprises of a single 10-Storey residential tower, with a unit mix of 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom + Study, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom + Study, 2 Bedroom Deluxe and 3 Bedroom Deluxe.

19 Nassim consists of 101 apartments spread across all 10 levels in the residential block. There are 12 units on each floor for Level 2 to 9. Level 1 houses 2 apartments, one of which is a 3-Bedroom Deluxe unit, while the other unit is a 2-Bedroom unit.

There are 3 apartments on Level 10. Two units are 3 Bedroom apartments, and 1 unit is a 1-Bedroom apartment.
